Tank farm delivery Procedure

For DIRECT READY BUYER’S. ONLY

Buyer issue a Bank Instrument of ↘️( N15B naira CCC +ATV AO TO AO TRANSSSMISSION ) TFD

1) Seller issues SPA contract

(2) Buyer signs SPA Contract and returns with his complete banking details along with his NOR
FORMAT and Throughput agreement.

(3) Seller confirm the legitimacy & compliant of all presented documents

(4) Buyer issue a Bank Instrument of ( N15B naira CCC +ATV AO TO AO TRANSSSMISSION) into Seller’s
nominated account as agreed .

(5) Seller confirm buyers commitment and instruct Captain to
issue NOR/ETA

(6) Buyer NOR/ETA and confirm readiness to receive product

(7) , upon arrival at jetty, vessel captain issue NOTICE OF ARRIVAL and MARINE AUTHORITY
TO BOARD at buyer tank farm Jetty

(8) After Q/Q and Physical Product Confirmation conducted by Buyer inspection team pay cash of ( N400,000,000) for logistics and documents then 50% of
the cost of cargo shall immediately be paid in tranches within 48hours in to Seller’s account

(9) Upon discharge completion and final Dip test within 72hours upon receipts of the Commercial
invoice buyer make full payment to seller via SWIFT TRANSFER Payment of 50% and also to all
intermediaries then all original documents will be released to the buyer
